In this course, knowledge and (programming) skills are expanded through the introduction of the programming paradigm ‘object-oriented programming’. The concepts of an object-oriented approach are mainly explained and practised using the programming language C++.

The student learns to apply User Centered Software Engineering (UCSE) techniques in a multi-disciplinary context, creating user-friendly interactive systems while involving end-users/stakeholders and considering various target groups. A creative solution utilizing modern technology is expected.
